What we do
“Called To Serve” offers a variety of event planning and hospitality services to meet the needs of our church and guests. We invest our time, energy, talents and skills in making the ERC family, friends and visitors feel invitingly welcome. We provide exceptional service with the heart and attitude of a “servant.” We consistently pursue excellence in all we are called to do − while delightfully serving others.
The “Called to Serve” Ministry is divided into four Specialty Areas: The e-Rock Café, Special Events, Meetings & Conferences and Hospitality Services.
e-Rock Café
- Quaint corner inside Eagle Rock Church where people come together for food and fellowship
- Hours of Operation - before and after Eagle Rock Church services
- Serving organic coffees and teas, assorted snacks and goodies, homemade sandwiches and a variety of other food items.
Special Events
- Plan events from 10 to 300 attendees
- Manage all aspects of events including concept, design, logistics coordination, attendee management, entertainment , activities and menu planning and preparation
Meetings & Conferences
- Meeting and conference planning services including meeting room setup, audio-visual, cost analysis, budget
Hospitality Services
- Coordinate and provide meals for new moms and dads
- Coordinate and provide meals for the sick & shut in
- Funeral detail; prepare meals and serve the family
- Partner with other ERC ministries, departments or organizations as needed
